Cambridge AI Club – February 2023

FreeThe AI Club is a new initiative to bring together the Biomedical AI and Machine Learning community in Cambridge, to discuss common themes and explore different topics and methodologies.
Theme: Mutational signature analysis
Speakers:
Andrea Degasperi, Early Cancer Institute, University of Cambridge, UK
“Detecting cancer mutational signatures in the UK population using whole genome sequencing”
and
Yichen Wang, The Wellcome Sanger Institute
“Mutational processes in normal human small intestine”
Presentations start at 6:00pm, followed by networking and pizza at 7:00pm.
